Of course I like to share the recommendations I got from bridal couples! Here you can read the experiences.
Antonia and Wesley wanted to have their wedding ceremony in Amsterdam and I gave them a special, intimate, relaxed and beautiful ceremony in Museum for Bags and Purses in Amsterdam. Antonia’s mum had organized everything perfectly for the bridal couple. We had a lot contact, it felt good from the beginning. And this is what she wrote me:
“Well what can I say? perfect…..absolutely perfect!! Fun, laughter, love and sincerity all roled into the most heart warming ceremony…you did the most wonderful job and we cannot thank you enough.”
It was a very intimate and personal ceremony on board of the Titaan. Svetlana and Peter said I do and were so excited! They sended me this picture and thank you in the email:
Hi, Andrea!!!! THANK you so much for OUR DAY!!!! You have filled OUR EVENT with very personal approach! Your humor and creativity was a HOLIDAY decoration! Is was very easy and pleasant to work with you! Again, THANK you very much! We are pleased that YOU were with us in OUR DAY!

A beautiful day, the sun was shining brightly. A perfect day for a wedding at the Amsterdam canals. Wim and Peter asked me to be their wedding official. So I went to the Amsterdam Centre, totally in style, in a pink official robe. It was a very intimate ceremony, the two grooms and their parents as their witnesses on a little boat. A ceremony to remember. At facebook they send me a lovely recommendation:
We are extremely happy with the Amsterdam Marriage Bureau and very proud of Andrea Trouwvrouw Schipper ! We and our parents were really impressed by the spontaneous and personal wedding ceremony. So different from all the other ceremonies we have been to. In one word: Super! With love Peter Kooyman en Wim van Vroenhoven
Today I did my first wedding as a wedding official in Leusden and it was in a beautiful location: Koetshuis De Heiligen Berg. I met the bridal couple a few weeks before this ceremony. An English groom and a Dutch bride. They made a joke about it: “the only Englishman in town”. My experience with all the English ceremonies in Amsterdam was usefull! This ceremony had to be “Denglish”, a mix of “Dutch & English”. Mission succeeded, so I heard an un qualified “I do” and”Ja”. They sended me this email afterwards:
Carla and I both wanted to thank you for making our wedding ceremony such an enjoyable occasion. We can honestly say that the way you dealt with the ‘Denglish’ texts and added some humour was first class; you got the mood of the family & guests just right. Most people have commented that this was one of the best wedding ceremonies they had been too and would love to have a similar arrangement themselves. THANK YOU! Please make sure that you pass this message onto your boss.

Dear Andréa, we wanted to thank you for making our wedding day very special. Everyone commented on what a wonderful and personal ceremony it was! We think this has something to do with the fact that is was a Dutch ceremony, but more the fact that is was done so well by you.

Good afternoon Andréa, I am just writing to say a very very very big thank you for performing our wedding ceremony. It was an amazing ceremony! You made us cry and you made us laugh and did the same to all of our guests. Each and every person commented on how lovely the service was but even more than that, they all said what a lovely lady you are and what a brilliant job we had done in choosing you as our registrar – we think also! It was a brilliant ceremony which is completely down to the way you created that perfect atmosphere and made everyone feel a part of our special day. You were the perfect person to create our wedding and we really can not tell you how much that means to us. You are now forever imprinted on our hearts and each year on our wedding day we will think of you!
